Brendon Shawcross is the Founder and Director of FourQuarters Recruitment, a leading specialist recruitment firm in Melbourne focused on Finance & Accounting and Technology, established in 2011 and supported by a team of over 45 professionals across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Prior to this, Brendon served as Division Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where the focus was on recruiting high-calibre finance and accounting professionals. Brendon also held positions as a Reporting and Analysis Controller at Airbus, Finance Manager at Lloyds TSB Bank plc, and various roles at National Australia Bank.
