Florian Poirier is a skilled engineering project manager with extensive experience in industrialisation and investment projects, currently serving as Senior Engineering Project Manager for new plant construction at Mobalpa since July 2019, overseeing a €91M facility and leading the Flows project that optimises production logistics using artificial intelligence.
