Daisy Marquez has held various roles throughout their work experience. Daisy started their career as an Academic Tutor at Universidad Popular's youth after school program, UPRISING, in 2010. Daisy then worked as an Academic Tutor at Howard Area Community Center in 2011. In 2014, Daisy worked as a Fundraising and Alliance Building Intern at The Global FoodBanking Network. Daisy later joined the United Church of Christ as a Tutor and Administrative Assistant from 2012 to 2015, supporting various community programs and services. In 2015, Daisy became an Analyst Intern at the Center for Healthcare Innovation. Simultaneously, they worked as an Admissions Counselor at The French Pastry School until 2018, where they facilitated pastry arts education and led demonstrations for pastry professionals and enthusiasts. Finally, Daisy joined FourKites, Inc. in 2018 and held various roles, including Operations Associate, International Operations Specialist, International Project Manager, and currently, Team Lead, International Carrier Operations.

Daisy Marquez attended Loyola University Chicago from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Daisy'sfield of study at Loyola University was International Business and French Language and Literature. In 2014, they also studied at Institut Catholique de Paris for a short period of time, focusing on International Business and French Language and Literature.
