Heather Donahue Ahrens serves as Managing Director at Four Springs Capital Markets since January 2009, specializing in 1031/DST/UPREIT transactions. In addition, Ahrens holds the position of Managing Director - National Accounts at Four Springs Capital Trust, a private REIT dedicated to the acquisition and management of a diversified portfolio of single-tenant income-producing commercial properties with creditworthy tenants. Prior experience includes serving as SVP, Director of National Accounts at Spencer Trask from 1999 to 2007. Ahrens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Bryant University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993, and graduated from Needham High School in 1989.
