Kathryn Foster is a seasoned professional in sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Sourcing and Procurement Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since February 2016, having previously held positions as Senior Buyer and Buyer. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sears Canada from July 2010 to April 2015 as a Buyer for Private Brand, where responsibilities encompassed developing assortment plans, collaborating with planners, and analyzing key performance indicators. Earlier roles at YM INC. included Ladies Buyer/Product Developer from August 2005 to February 2010. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Clothing & Textiles with a Marketing minor from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Interior Decorating from George Brown College.
