Florencia Velasco is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in learning and development as well as housekeeping management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 2024, Florencia has previously held various roles, including Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager at Equinox Hotels from November 2019 to July 2024. Florencia's longstanding association with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts spans from June 2010 to April 2019, where roles included Learning Manager, Night Manager, and Front Desk Agent, among others. Florencia began a career in hospitality as a Reservations Agent in December 2006. Florencia holds a Bachelor's degree in Art, Design and Communication from Godspell College, earned between 1997 and 2000.
