Chelsey Halley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief People and Culture Officer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since September 2022. Prior to this role, Chelsey held the position of Executive Assistant at Rogers Communications from December 2009 to May 2022, and worked as a Lease/Property Administrator at Oxford Properties Group from September 2002 to December 2009. Early career experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at GTE E&P Services Canada in 2002.
