Lydia Brown currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at both Midwest Equity Investors and the Tiffany Earl Williams Team at Skogman Realty, roles held since October 2018. With extensive experience in business development and management, Lydia has also held positions such as Director of Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2018 and President of LLB Executive Partners from 2002 to 2014. Lydia's governance experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, both until October 2022. Additionally, Lydia is a founding partner of the Skywalk Group, established from June 2008 to November 2014, and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Four Oaks since 2001 and for Ascent Iowa from October 2012 to December 2016. Lydia Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1981 and 1985.
