Dag Lilletvedt has held various roles throughout their career. Dag founded and served as a board member and senior advisor at Fount, a technology company focused on clean energy in the transport sector. Dag also co-founded and served as a board member at MOCEAN Invest.
In 2009, Lilletvedt founded and became the chairman of Fuelgarden Energy, an LNG project developer based in Norway. Dag provided LNG design and project management services to the shipping and industry markets. Lilletvedt also founded and served as the CEO of Liquiline LNG from 2005 to 2014.
Dag worked as a visiting professor at Arkhangelsk State Technical University during their time at Statoil from 2007 to 2009. Lilletvedt was the head of gas transport at Gasnor AS from 2003 to 2004, where they oversaw LNG shipping and trucking operations. Dag also served as the chief financial officer at Naturgass Vest (now part of Shell Gasnor) from 2002 to 2004.
Prior to that, Lilletvedt worked as a senior account manager in ship finance at NIBC Bank from 2000 to 2002. Dag provided marketing and ship finance services to Scandinavian ship owners. Dag was a finance manager at ATPI from 1997 to 1999 and served as a corporal in the Norwegian Armed Forces from 1996 to 1997.
Dag Lilletvedt has a diverse education background with various degrees and courses. Dag started their education journey in 1988 at Eid Vid. Skule. After completing their studies there, they obtained their Senior High School Diploma from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1990. In 1992, they attended Fana Yrkesskole and earned VK1 and VKII diplomas in Business/Commerce.
Dag's pursuit of higher education led him to The University of British Columbia, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from 1992 to 1996. Dag then ventured overseas for an exchange program at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in the fall semester of 1995. During the summer of 1994, they participated in a Summer Program in International Business at Universite canadienne de France.
Continuing their educational journey, Dag enrolled in City, University of London in 1999 and completed their Master of Science degree in Shipping, Trade, and Finance in 2000.
