Deeana D. is an experienced professional in community engagement and preventive care management, currently serving as the Planning Director of Scaling at Fountain House since April 2023. Previously, Deeana D. held the position of Community Engagement Manager at CareAdvisors for nearly a year and served as the Director of Preventive Care Management Initiatives at Coordinated Behavioral Care, Inc. from January 2016 to July 2021.
