Dakota Hernandez is a dedicated professional with a strong background in recruitment and coaching. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Exodus since August 2021, Dakota builds talent pipelines across various departments and manages the full-cycle recruitment process. Dakota also contributes as an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Lexington Public Schools and previously held the position of Head Wrestling Coach at Alma Public Schools. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Associated Staffing, where responsibilities involved interviewing and screening applicants for diverse clients. Dakota's career began in the hospitality industry as a Bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings while also being a Student Athlete at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where participation in wrestling led to recognition as a 2X Academic All-American. Dakota holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, obtained in December 2019.
