Luis Pablo Sell Chaves is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing client services and IT project coordination. Currently serving as the Global IT Client Services Manager at Foundever since September 2022, Luis oversees IT relationships with Global Corporate Clients and coordinates relevant IT projects. Prior to this role, Luis worked at Sitel Group as an IT Client Services Associate from December 2014 to August 2022, where responsibilities included project planning, troubleshooting, and training in IT-related matters. Luis also held positions at SYKES Costa Rica, serving as a Team Manager and Subject Matter Expert for Intel Server Support, while earlier roles included positions at Instituto Nacional de Seguros and Hospital Hotel La Católica. Luis holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
