Ellie Pearson currently serves as the Head of Recruiting & Operations at Founders Fund since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ellie was self-employed as an Executive Talent consultant, specializing in GTM Executive Search and Talent Consulting for early and growth-stage technology companies. From February 2021 to June 2023, Ellie was a Principal at SwingSearch, focusing on critical GTM hires for venture-backed startups and high-growth companies. Ellie also worked as a Go-To-Market Advisor and Interim Head of Sales for Sardine.ai from September 2020 to February 2021. Ellie's earlier experience includes various roles at Square from February 2015 to August 2020, where Ellie was a founding member of the sales team, as well as serving as an Admissions Counselor at DePauw University from 2013 to 2015. Ellie received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from DePauw University and is recognized for outstanding athletic achievements as a four-year starter and captain of the university's nationally ranked women’s basketball team, including being inducted into the DePauw University Hall of Fame in 2023.
