Neal England has extensive work experience in the business services and staffing industry. Neal is currently working as the Managing Director - Business Services at Founders Advisors. Prior to this, they worked at Capital Alliance Corporation as the Managing Director - HRM Practice Leader & Global Co-Head, where they provided M&A advisory for mid-market stakeholder exit planning and strategic initiatives. Neal also served as the EVP & Corporate Development at ProAlt, where they played a key role in the growth of the company and led high-performance sales and recruiting teams. Additionally, Neal served as the President of US Personnel, Inc. & Laurus HR, Inc. / WorkLifeHR, where they successfully scaled the company and led its sale. Neal also held the position of VP Corporate Development at Staffing Resources, Inc. / Victory Ventures, LLC, where they led M&A activity and achieved significant revenue and office expansion.

Neal England attended Polk State College from 1983 to 1985, where they focused on Business/Managerial Economics. After that, they pursued their Associate's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology at DeVry University in Atlanta from 1985 to 1987.
