Tera Greenland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial property management and real estate. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Property Management at Founders 3 Real Estate Services since October 2020, Tera has also held positions such as Senior Property Manager and Property Manager. In addition, Tera is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Integrity Real Estate Team LLC since August 2018. Previous roles include Area General Manager at Simon Property Group, Asset Manager at Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, and various positions within Keller Williams Realty and Integrity Real Estate Services. Tera's earlier career included significant marketing leadership roles at Premium Outlets and Brookfield Square. Tera holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
