Stella Schneider is an experienced business consultant and founder, currently serving as Inhaberin at BusinessWege since April 2022, where the focus is on developing companies through strategic planning and future-oriented goals. Since May 2023, Stella has also provided consulting for succession planning in small and medium-sized enterprises (KMUs) through Stella Schneider Beratung and supported new business creation at FounderFox GmbH. With a background in assisting founders of color at BIWOC* Rising, Stella has co-founded Kezals, a social business that imports textile products from Mexico, and has previously consulted on succession strategies for Sportas GmbH in the tennis court construction sector. Stella holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in International Business from Hochschule Mainz and Universiti Tenaga Nasional, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz.
