Ramesh Ratnappan is a Senior Scientist at Foundation Medicine since January 2022, with prior experience as a Clinical Development Scientist at Intermountain Healthcare from September 2019 to June 2021 and as a Scientist at InVivo Biosystems from October 2018 to September 2019. Ramesh's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (March 2015 - September 2018), where Ramesh focused on expanding molecular tools in non-model eukaryotic organisms using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Additionally, Ramesh served as a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from January 2012 to February 2015, where Ramesh developed techniques for cloning and microinjection in eukaryotic systems. Ramesh holds a PhD in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Iowa and is proficient in protein expression.
