Vriti Bansal is an experienced professional currently serving as the Research and Advocacy Lead at the Foundation for Democratic Reforms since November 2018, where Vriti is leading a policy advocacy initiative on the pensions system in India and developing a framework for fiscal prudence. Prior to this role, Vriti was a Senior Policy Associate at the Panacea Bharti Institute, providing coaching for UPSC Civil Services Exam candidates, and held a marketing internship at Play Your Sport, where Vriti engaged with sports enthusiasts and facilitated connections to sports clubs. Vriti has completed a MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Design of Policy from MITx and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the University of Delhi.
