Megha Singh Nandiwal has over 10 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Megha Singh began their career in 2010 as an Executive in Talent Acquisition at Infosys. Megha Singh later moved to CARS24 in 2016, where they held three roles, including Lead - Talent & Culture at Founders Office, Senior Manager - Corporate Human Resources Business Partner - Organisational Development, and Manager - Human Resources Business Partner, Technology & Business Intelligence. In 2020, they joined Vamstar as Chief of Staff & Talent and Senior People & Culture Officer. Most recently, they were appointed Chief of Staff at Foundation AI in 2022.

Megha Singh Nandiwal is currently pursuing an MBA in GM Science and Leadership at Harvard University, which they started in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Biyani Girls College in Jaipur between 2007 and 2010. Megha Singh also holds several certifications, including Rural Skills Development from Kathmandu University (KU) in 2018, HR Transformation from eCornell in 2017, International Organizations Management from the United Nations Foundation in 2015, and Talent Acquisition and Planning Certificate from eCornell in 2014.
