Additionally, Ara served as Head of Growth at eRational from February 2019 to November 2024, providing scalable growth solutions. Prior experience includes senior client success roles at Combustible and TC Media, focusing on client management, business development, and marketing strategies. Ara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Concordia University.
