Fernando Rico has been working in the field since 2013, when they began as a Research Assistant at Universidad Industrial de Santander. In 2015, they moved to Cámara de Comercio de Bucaramanga as a Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined FOTRIC - Thermal Intelligence as an International Sales Manager.

Fernando Rico is currently enrolled at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, studying Global Executive of Business Administration (Global EBA). Fernando previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Industrial de Santander between 2010 and 2016. Between 2017 and 2019, they studied Chinese Language at Shanghai University of Engineering Science. Fernando also studied Chinese Language at Donghua University from 2019 to 2020.
