Sofía Roldós has over 10 years of work experience in finance and auditing. Sofía began their career at Telemet Inc. in 2004 as a translator. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor, where they managed multiple teams, resolved problems, and prepared financial statements. Their achievements included improving audit report delivery times and training junior auditors. Since 2014, Sofía has been the Head of Finance LATAM at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV).

Sofía Roldós has a diverse educational background and a strong emphasis on business and language studies. Sofía obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and General Management from EUDE Business School in 2021. In 2017, they completed an Advanced Management Program at ESADE (Barcelona) through Universidad ORT Uruguay, focusing on topics such as business management, marketing, and related disciplines.

Furthermore, Sofía pursued language studies at International House - London Institute in 2011-2012, where they obtained a translator degree in English-Spanish. Sofía also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Universidad de la República, earned between 2004 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Sofía Roldós has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed a certification in Sustainable Finance at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Sofía also holds a Diploma in Applied Translation from Chichester College, which they obtained in 2012. Furthermore, Sofía has acquired additional language proficiency certifications, including the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge in 2003, Exame Internacional de Proficiência em Língua Portuguesa from ULBRA in 2000, the International General Certificate of Secondary Education from the University of Cambridge in 2000, and the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge in 1999.
