Thomas R. Baerenwald has over 30 years of work experience as a Project Manager and Technical Director. Thomas R. started their career in 1988 at Jakko Poyry - Appleton, where they served as a Project Manager until 2005. Thomas R. then joined The Foth Companies in 2005, where they took on the roles of Technical Director and Project Manager.

Thomas R. Baerenwald obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
