Kristie Williams, PE, a licensed professional engineer in Minnesota, has over 25 years of experience in process engineering and management. Currently serving as Lead Process Engineer at The Foth Companies since October 2011, Kristie excels in project management, energy audits, process optimization, and compliance with environmental regulations. Previous roles include Supervisor of Process Technologies at AEC Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting, HAZOP safety reviews, and equipment specification. From 1997 to 2000, as Paint Line Process Engineer at Anderson Corporation, Kristie managed large capital projects, implemented process improvements, and coordinated environmental compliance initiatives. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
