Paul Epp has a varied work experience. Paul began their career in 2006 as a Teacher at Cincinnati Public Schools, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a career as a self-employed Musician and Educator in Nashville, TN, performing with professional groups, writing arrangements, and teaching music classes at various levels. In 2010, they also worked as a Bicycle/Car Courier for Green Fleet Messengers. In 2013, Paul worked as a Business Analyst at the Bioscience and Technology Business Center. In 2014, they joined Foster Care Technologies as a Managing Director, and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer in 2017. In 2021, they founded their own company, Theme Factory Audio. Alongside their other roles, Paul has also been involved with Good Gang Music Factory since 2009 as a Creator.
Paul Epp's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Music from Vanderbilt University and a Master's degree in Music from the University of Cincinnati. Paul also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business.
