Jacob Alcala possesses extensive experience in the construction and engineering field, currently serving as a Construction Inspector at Foster CM Group, Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Jacob worked as a Senior Technician at Raba Kistner, Inc. from October 2017 to March 2019, and as an Engineering Technician at Rodriguez Engineering Laboratories from August 2009 to October 2017. Jacob's expertise includes processing and testing soil samples, conducting laboratory analyses, and managing onsite operations, with a strong focus on geotechnical sampling, asphalt testing, and compliance with ASTM and TXDOT procedures.
