Víctor Ribera Esplugues has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Víctor began their career in 2019 working as an Ingeniero de sistemas de control at HORUS UPV, where they stayed until July 2019. In 2020, they worked as an Ingeniero térmico at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for a brief period from April to May. Víctor then moved on to Eduvap in 2021, where they worked as a Profesor de clases particulares from February to June. In 2022, Víctor joined Akkodis as a Verification Engineer from March to July. Víctor also briefly served as an Ingeniero de sistemas de aviónica MBSE at Akkodis from July to September. Currently, Víctor works as an AOCS engineer at FOSSA Systems starting from July 2023.

Víctor Ribera Esplugues pursued their education with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Víctor completed this degree between 2015 and 2019, focusing on aerospace engineering, aeronautics, astronautics, and space engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, Víctor pursued a Master's degree in Space Engineering at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specializing in missile systems technology and space. Víctor completed this program between 2019 and 2021.
