Chavi Bornstein is an experienced Associate UX Strategist and Product Owner at Forwardslash since November 2019. Prior to this role, Chavi served as a UX Consultant for L'aylah, focusing on creating user-friendly website wireframes and conducting user interviews with parents. Chavi also worked with NYC & Company to enhance the information architecture of NYCgo.com, where responsibilities included creating a revised sitemap and prototyping navigation tests. Chavi's foundational training in UX was completed at General Assembly, earning a Certificate of Completion in UX Design Immersive in 2019, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Excelsior University. Furthermore, Chavi gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at Hand in Hand Family Services, managing communication and processing related to Self-Directed benefits.
