Christopher Chiou is the Chief Financial Officer of Forward Financing, a fast-growing fintech company providing fast, flexible working capital to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Forward Financing in 2022, Christopher served as CFO of sticky.io, a private-equity backed financial technology company specializing in subscription e-commerce. Earlier, he spent four years at Squarespace (NYSE: SQSP) creating and leading the corporate development and investor relations departments. From 2014-2018, Christopher served in various leadership roles at DocuSign (NASDAQ: DOCU) across strategy, emerging businesses, and corporate development. Previously, he spent over 10 years as an investment banking and private equity professional advising and investing in technology-based businesses.

Originally from New Jersey, Christopher graduated from Duke University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering where he also competed on the Division I men’s swim team. He currently resides in New York City.
