Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Kodiak Cakes and Advisory Board Member at Forward Consumer Partners, Dr. Oswalt previously held the position of Executive Vice President and President of Campbell Snacks at Campbell Soup Company, where a $4B portfolio saw significant market share growth.
