George S. Mayes Jr. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently, Mayes serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LeanVue LLC, a company specializing in strategic analysis for global supply chain design. In addition, Mayes holds director positions at Forward Air Corporation and Stoneridge, Inc. Notably, Mayes previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Diebold, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and maximizing efficiency. Mayes' career also includes leadership roles in major organizations such as Tinnerman Palnut Engineered, Stanley Works, and Delphi. Mayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
