Carolyn Rancourt is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as Solutions Engineer II at Forward Advantage since May 2013, Carolyn specializes in the installation, implementation, support, and maintenance of Identity Management Systems for hospitals and government environments, with expertise in integrating various technologies including VMWare View and Imprivata's secure text messaging solution, Cortext.
