Ian is the Executive Director of Asset Services for the Riverside Group where he is responsible for the maintenance of their 55,000 homes and for the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary contractor, Evolve.

Ian has previously worked for Midland Heart, Parkway Green, The Regenda Group, Guinness Northern Counties, and Harvest Housing Group.

As well to being a ForViva board member, he previously sat on the board of Green Vale Homes, part of The Together Group, and also sat on the board of the Housing Diversity Network for 10 years – three of which he served as Chair.

The Housing Diversity Network is a membership-based organization that enables registered providers to deliver diversity within their business.
