Shashidhara RAJASHEKHARAIAH has extensive experience in the field of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and advanced simulation methodologies, having worked at FORVIA since July 2006 in various managerial roles focused on CAE tools development, automation, data, and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities include developing methodology roadmaps for commercial vehicles, managing multidisciplinary CAE teams, and enhancing design processes in collaboration with FCM experts. Previous roles include managing CFD functions across multiple customer locations and leading projects to optimize emission systems. Shashidhara's career began as a trainee engineer in production supervision and includes a solid educational background with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Computational Fluid Dynamics from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a certification from the Indian Institute of Science.
