Pedro Mota has accumulated diverse experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Currently serving as a Junior Mission Control at YOTEL since March 2020, Pedro previously worked at TRYP PORTO CENTRO HOTEL from October 2018 to March 2020 in Front Office and Guest Relations, where responsibilities included greeting guests and maintaining a well-organized front desk. During a brief stint at Quadrante Viagens as an Operador Turístico in mid-2019, Pedro focused on holiday planning and customer relations. Early experiences include an Outdoor Adventure Guide role at Naturimont and an Erasmus+ internship at Hotel Botánico 5*GL in Tenerife. In addition to professional endeavors, Pedro holds a Master’s in Business Management from ISVOUGA and a Licentiate degree in Tourism, Cultural and Heritage Management from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
