Joe Griffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Product Center Head at FORVIA since November 2020. Notable achievements include leading the transformation of a simple EV product line to a complex offering, organizing innovative global technology teams, and establishing Hella as a leader in the illuminated exterior panel market. Prior to FORVIA, Joe held significant roles at Valeo, where significant business growth was achieved, and at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where vehicle program development was successfully managed. Additional experience includes founding Levidian Group, contributing to business development at Magna International, and advancing lighting product development at General Motors.
