Paul Mandel has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President at Rudin Management Company since February 2007, where responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projects. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President and Project Manager at Midwood Management Corp from 1989 to 2007, as well as Director of Construction. Paul Mandel also served as a Company Grade Officer in Infantry and Civil Affairs in the US Army Reserve from June 1988 to November 2003. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a Diploma in Construction Management from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Ohio University.
