Tom brings over 30 years of direct experience in the chemical industry, having held numerous leadership positions at several top tier chemical companies. He is uniquely qualified in this capacity, with decades of experience and one of a handful of individuals with his level of hands-on knowledge in the wildland and aerial long-term fire retardant chemicals industry. From an operating perspective, Tom was responsible for building the global operations and supply chain organizations to establish a stand-alone company. Prior to his time in wildland fire chemicals Tom held high level manufacturing and supply chain leadership roles for DuPont, CP Kelco and Monsanto.
