Yung Sook Koh is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in managing user experience teams and driving innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr UX Manager at Fortra since May 2024, Yung Sook previously held the position of UX Manager at Fortra from February 2022 to March 2024, focusing on team management, vendor oversight, and standardization of UX tools. At Tripwire, from July 2015 to January 2022, Yung Sook established an innovation culture and provided leadership for UX teams in multiple locations. Roles at Dealertrack Technologies, Chrome Systems, and as a freelance designer underscore a strong foundation in user interface and experience design, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia & Web Design from the Art Institute of Portland and additional degrees in Journalism and Biology.
