Sian Meadowcroft is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Forto since July 2023, overseeing the entire Engineering team. Previously, Sian held roles as Senior VP of Technology and Director of Engineering for Broker, FinTech and Platform Experience at nate, where responsibilities included CEO reporting and leading the tech team. Sian has extensive experience in engineering management, evidenced by a tenure as VP of Engineering at DIGITAL MONEYBOX LIMITED, where a sevenfold increase in team size and a complete rebrand of the Moneybox app were achieved. Earlier roles include Chief Transformation Officer at Arts Alliance Media, focusing on software development alignment across multiple regions, and foundational positions in testing and development at various organizations, including THE NET-A-PORTER GROUP and Simply Business. Sian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Hull.
