Tony Tsai, MBA, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at FortisBC since July 2023, Tony also operates a consulting business, The Life-Enrichers, since 2009, focusing on marketing, branding, recruitment, training, and team building. Previous roles include Senior Resource Manager at Randstad Canada and multiple HR positions at Technical Safety BC, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, onboarding, and overseeing HR programs. Tony has also held recruitment specialist roles at Aon Hewitt and BMO, as well as sales and recruitment positions at The Art Institute of Vancouver and Best Buy Canada. Educational credentials include an MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria.
