Maral Lotfian has extensive experience in employee experience and development, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience and Development at FortisBC since 2018, with previous roles including Director of Employee Experience, Senior Manager of Employee Experience, and Employee Communications Manager. Prior to FortisBC, Maral Lotfian was an Executive Board Member at SIETAR BC and worked as a Content Editor for Retail Operations at Best Buy Canada. Maral Lotfian holds a Master of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication from Royal Roads University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications, and Sociology and Political Science from Simon Fraser University.
