Ashley Winslow has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Manager of Employee and Labour Relations at FortisAlberta since November 2003. In this role, Ashley manages HRIS projects and process improvements, collaborating closely with IT and various business units. Previous positions at FortisAlberta include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor, focusing on analytics and workforce planning. Prior to this, Ashley held multiple roles at Caribbean Sun Tanning Spa from 2007 to 2016, ultimately founding and serving as President of the business. Ashley's educational background includes studies at Mount Royal University between 2003 and 2004.
