Melissa Muir has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Melissa started their career in 2017 at Medical Data Systems Inc, where they worked as a Collector from June 2017 to January 2019. In 2019, they joined BLUEDOG (now Fortis) as a Customer Support Representative and served in this role until May 2021. Melissa then transitioned to Fortis, where they have held multiple positions since 2021. Melissa Muir started as a Customer Service Assistant Manager from May 2021 to April 2022, then became a Customer Service Manager from April 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are working as an Underwriter at Fortis starting from May 2023.

Melissa Muir obtained their Associate's degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from Indian River State College, which they attended from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Southern Connecticut State University from 2014 to 2015, but did not complete a degree program at that institution.
