Jonathan Nafso has work experience at two companies: Fortis and Fortis Payments. At Fortis, they held the roles of Senior Customer Analyst, Risk Management, and Director of Sales Support & Product Development. Jonathan started working at Fortis in 2016 and is currently employed as a Senior Customer Analyst since November 2021. At Fortis Payments, they worked as a Senior Sales Support Specialist, providing white glove service for transaction management. Jonathan joined Fortis Payments in January 2016 and is still in the role.

Jonathan Nafso earned a Bachelor of Education - BEd degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Jonathan completed their education at this institution from 2011 to 2015.
