John Heckman is an experienced admissions professional with a robust background in higher education, currently serving as the Director of Admissions at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes since April 2014. Previous roles include Vice President of Admissions and Corporate Admissions Trainer at The College of Health Care Professions, as well as Regional Vice President and Regional Director of Admissions at Corinthian Colleges. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Admissions at Everest College and holding various recruitment roles at ITT Technical Institute. John Heckman is also a retired Senior Chief Petty Officer of the US Navy, with their last duty assignment at the Navy Recruiting District Denver.
