Sagi Shimoni is a seasoned DevOps Engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies, currently working at Fortinet since December 2024. Prior to this role, Sagi held similar positions at Perception Point, where complex projects in high-scale Kubernetes clusters were executed, alongside the implementation of an MLOps platform and highly configurable CI/CD pipelines. Significant achievements include optimizing release times for microservices, migrating workflows to GitHub Actions, and introducing multi-architecture support to reduce compute costs. Sagi co-founded Shift Digital, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and enhancing app scalability through Docker containerization. Previous roles include Technical Operations Manager at Accent Air, Inc., IT Administrator for the Israel Defense Forces, and various technical positions with Sarot LLC. Holding a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Ariel University, Sagi possesses strong capabilities in infrastructure automation, database management, and scripting.
