Joanne Humphrey is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a robust background in managing operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Logistics & Supply Chain Director at Ibstock PLC since November 2020, Joanne has previously held significant roles such as Supply Chain & Operations Director at Artex Limited, and Supply Chain Manager at both Artex Limited and JCB. Joanne’s experience includes overseeing teams of approximately 75 individuals, managing production planning, physical logistics, and new product introduction processes. Prior positions also encompass logistics and supply chain management at Unipart Eberspacher, where Joanne launched Just-In-Time (JIT) operations for BMW MINI Oxford, as well as a senior role at Faurecia Automotive Seating, supplying extensive quantities for automotive production. Joanne holds an HNC in Business and Finance from the University of Northumbria.
