Graham Belgum is an accomplished leader in the heavy industry and eMobility sectors with extensive experience in business transformation and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as the General Manager - Heavy Industry at WAE, Graham oversees a $2.7 billion order book and drives the development of innovative e-power systems for decarbonisation efforts in mining, focusing on partnerships with Fortescue Minerals and Liebherr Group. As the Founder and Director of Journey Green Ltd, Graham collaborates with industry experts to help organizations achieve sustainability goals, including transitioning to zero-emission capabilities. Previous leadership roles include serving as CEO at Optare PLC and various strategic positions within Hinduja Group Limited, Switch Mobility, and FirstGroup Plc. Graham holds an MSc in Technology and Business Administration and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cranfield University.
