Elizabeth Chua possesses a diverse background in human resources and employee experience across various prominent organizations. At Forter, Elizabeth serves as a People Generalist and Employee Experience Partner for the APAC region. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate within the Regional People Team at Shopee, where Elizabeth focused on Special Projects, HR Business Partnering, and Diversity & Inclusion. Elizabeth's career also includes a position as Associate for Internal Communications and Regional Employee Engagement at Sea, as well as an Associate role in IPO Regulations at SGX RegCo. Additionally, Elizabeth gained early industry exposure as an intern in Treasury & Markets at DBS Bank.
